Age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing for ages 5 through 17. Run by Marie Fisher and senior belts who specialize in teaching kids how to fall, how to focus, and how to defend themselves with calm authority. No drama, no theatrics — just real martial arts taught patiently.

Michigan Grappling Co descends from two of the most decorated lineages in modern Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our coaches were promoted by Royce Gracie and by Walter “Cascao” Vital — and that knowledge is in the room every time you train here.
